When God made the farmer and rancher, He gave them a unique ability to look ahead with optimism no matter what may lie ahead. Through crop failures, sick calves, broken equipment, insufferable weather, and market crashes, there is always “next year”.
But with today’s fast-paced world, the demand to produce more increases and the pressure, risk, strain and isolation on the producer right along with it. It often gets to a point where tomorrow seems out of sight, much less next year.
